This project was developed along with a friend and colleague from college, in our Sculpting class; for its first part, both of us did some experiences about subjects like space occupation and materials, so in the end we decided to do the final project together, as a group. Her part consists of the white one with the rocks, using a type of textile manipulation, while mine is the black one, with the rocks as well, and I used a different textile manipulation technique; the reason for this was to, not only tell apart what each of us did, but to also give the piece some contrast and make it more dynamic. Its concept is based on space occupation and how we, as humans who live their lives individually and in community, trace our paths and the objects that we take with us along the way.
